Rules for platform users

To ensure a safe, respectful, and fair experience for everyone, users of the platform agree to comply with the following rules when booking and using access rights to private property:

1. Respect for private property
  • Access is strictly limited to the areas, times, and activities specified in the reservation.
  • It is forbidden to enter or park outside the designated areas.
  • Users agree not to damage, alter, or disturb any infrastructure, equipment, or natural environments present on the property.
  • Users must respect the tranquility of the location: no loud music, shouting, or disruptive noise.
  • Wildlife, vegetation, and waterways must be respected at all times. No picking, cutting, or disturbing the environment is permitted.
  • To protect aquatic ecosystems, all watercraft (kayak, paddleboard, canoe, etc.) must be clean, drained, and dry before launching. Transporting invasive species (aquatic plants, zebra mussels, etc.) is a serious environmental offense. Random inspections may be conducted.
  • All motorized activities (boats, ATVs, etc.) are prohibited unless explicitly authorized in the listing.
  • No waste must be left on site. Users are required to take all their belongings and waste with them when leaving.
  • Negligent behavior regarding cleanliness may result in suspension of access to the platform.
  • Each user is responsible for their own safety and that of the people accompanying them.
  • In case of an accident or dangerous behavior, neither the platform nor the property owner can be held liable.
  • The use of illegal substances or excessive alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on the properties.
  • Cancellation conditions are specified in each listing. In case of late cancellation or no-show, no refund will be guaranteed, except for specific exceptions.
  • In the event of disrespectful behavior, the platform reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block a user account.
  • At the end of each access, users are encouraged to leave constructive feedback about the location and conditions.
  • Property owners can also rate users; repeated negative evaluations may limit future access to the platform.

This platform is based on the principle of mutual trust. Respecting the locations ensures the sustainability of this service and access to land for everyone.
